With the clothing, it important to note that due to space and financial constraints, there is usually only one of each item in each size listed available.
On the bright side - the chance of you turning up at a party to find someone else wearing the same thing is pretty slim :)
Our imported clothing is made in, and imported from, the UK (Spiral Direct), the US (Leg Avenue), and Asia (Punk Rave). They are high quality, and will last.
All 'in house' label (i.e. 'Chaos Clothing' label) items are made in New Zealand.
Please choose your purchases carefully, as there are no returns or refunds if you 'change your mind', decide 'it isn't what you wanted', or choose the wrong size. Sizing Charts for the major suppliers are on the 'Information' page, and can also be found in the 'Information' menu (bottom left) of the Store. This is particularly important with the Punk Rave range, as Punk Rave is sized and manufactured for the Japanese market.
Layby is available. Terms are as follows:
- Minimum $20 deposit per item.
- Minimum $10 per week payment for laybys $100.00 or under.
- Laybys over $100.00 must be paid off in 8 weeks.
- A $10 per item cancellation fee applies if you cancel the layby.
Ordering & pre-ordering
What we have listed is what we have in stock.
Our main UK supplier has a standard stock of styles, but changes which prints are available in which style every season, discontinuing older prints as new prints come in. This means that all items are essentially limited production.
All our suppliers have a 'minimum order' policy, which means we cannot place small or single orders for customers for other sizes, or items you may have seen while browsing UK or US websites.
However...
We place the new stock orders on a regular basis. Again, because of space and financial constraints, there is no way we can stock the very wide range of items and sizes our suppliers produce. So 10 days before we place the new season's order, we "open the window" for pre-ordering. This gives our customers the opportunity to order items in different sizes, and items we would not normally have in stock, and therefore would not be available anywhere in NZ. See our 'Pre-order' page for more information on this.
Postage Charges
We have signed with a new courier, and are in the process of updating our postage costs database. If you place an order and no postage cost comes up on checkout, don't worry, we will get back to you via email within 24hrs to give you the postage cost of your order.
- All jewellery can be combined under one courier cost of $3.50
- All jewellery ordered with other items will cost no extra to courier.
